A Hospital Visit
On Saturday night, I was in a little bit of pain that didn't stop until Monday night. It wasn't very much pain but it was constant. So Monday I went to the hospital. After waiting for 8ish hours, the doctor said my HCG level was low so she said to come back on Thursday for another blood test. Today, the level more than doubled but the doctor said it was still low so he wants me to come back for another blood test and an ultrasound. (Honestly, I think they just like taking my blood) So right now I'm a little excited because I may get to see the baby early, a little nervous that something may be wrong and a little afraid of trying to hold in that much water that I have to drink.

Hey Rachel, I was wondering how the blood tests went yesterday. I'm so glad your levels more than doubled. That's a great sign! And it sounds like the pain has stopped too?
Do you know when your ultrasound will be? It's SOO exciting! We'll be praying for you for sure.
Well, yes, they can be a little bloodthirsty there. :) Really, though, dear friend... I'm praying for and thinking of you (all three of you!) during the stress of waiting.
My ultrasound is tomorrow (Monday), I've got to be there at 7:00 am.
