Prayer for Ian

Dear God,

Please be with my son, follow him and keep him close to You his whole life.
Let him come to you at an early age.
Give him peace, both in his heart and in the world.
Use him to bring peace in others lives.
Give him courage to step out in faith and not be afraid to fail.
Call him to prayer and let him know how important it is.
Please don't let him struggle with anger or pornography.
Let him be loving.
Help him not to have to grow up too quick but have a fun childhood filled with lots of good memories.
Let him grow up with a mother and father who love each other so he can be a good husband someday.
Help me to love him like You do.
Help me to be different than my mother.
Help me to make the right choices for him.
Help me to let him get hurt or fail sometimes.
Thank you for the amazing gift of getting to be his Mom.
