Right now I'm off. Off duty of caring for Ian. He should be home later today but right now I have a little freedom.
Ian stayed with his Grammy from Sunday until today. He seemed fine when we called. It's a little weird being without him. Sunday evening, Ben and I watched a little TV. Monday I played games on the computer for an embarrassingly long time and did some reading. When Ben got home from work, we got groceries and did a little Christmas shopping then went to bed early.
It's funny that we didn't do anything substantial without Ian here but we did enjoy ourselves. I feel almost guilty about having fun without him here. Almost as if I have too much fun or enjoy myself too much, it means that I don't love him.
Right now I'm cooking, which I like to do, but I'm cooking something that has lots of instructions and takes a long while because I have the freedom to do it.
I hope our little boy had fun on his vacation too.

Glad you got some time to enjoy the things you don't get to do often, Rach. Yay for Grammy! And don't worry--we all know that you love Ian even if you enjoy a break. (^_^)
It was definitely weird! He wouldn't let go of me when he got home though.
