Week 1

A friend posted on her blog 365 days of crafts. You're supposed to make a craft every day of the year and post pictures of it. I thought that I wouldn't be able to do one every day but once a week would be doable.

Beach Birthday Card

Materials Needed



Half a piece of card stock
2 pieces of scrap card stock (yellow for sand and blue for water)
Glue
Scissors
"Cloud" scissors
Beach embellishments
Fine - Tip Marker

Step 1

Fold the card stock in half

Step 2

Cut the yellow paper to fit on the front of the card so that some of the card colour is showing. Glue to card.

Step 3

Use cloud scissors to cut blue paper.

Step 4

Glue blue paper to the bottom of the card. (waves up)

Step 5

Add some embellishments leaving room for writing.

Step 6

Add Happy Birthday or whatever you'd like to have as the front of the card.
