"I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in me through their message." John 17:20
I've read this passage many times, it's when Jesus is praying in the garden of Gethsemane the night before He died. I know this is Him praying for all those who will believe in Him in the future but it never really hit me that He is praying for me there. It's amazing to think that a prayer can be prayed that never grows dimmer with time! It's just as powerful a prayer today when it touches me that it was that night when Jesus prayed it.
How do you have faith that the prayers that you pray will touch people beyond space and time?
